Accepting these terms

By using the Island Haven platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. Our services are free, offered in good faith to support founders in Gaza.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. One account per person, and you should tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

We ask you to use the platform with respect and honesty. By using it, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Attempt to hack, harm or disrupt the platform or its users.

Content & ownership

Your venture and ideas remain entirely yours. You grant us only a limited permission to display what you choose to share publicly on the platform (such as your venture profile) for the purpose of running the service and showcasing you to the network.

Liability

We provide the platform as-is, and we do our best to keep it available and useful. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (such as securing funding), and we're not liable for decisions you make based on content or external links.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll post any changes here. You can close your account whenever you like, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
